The Big Idea

Give them a reason to come back tomorrow

June is slow because nothing is happening. So we make something happen every single day, and we reward the babes who keep showing up. Everything below hangs on one simple mechanic.

The tune-in engine

The Babe Pass

A simple streak game that runs the whole event. Every live has a secret Word of the Day, teased that morning as a little riddle. Comment the Word during the live and you earn a stamp. Fill your pass and the good stuff unlocks.

1
stamp

Free shipping code for that day

3
stamps

Entry to the weekly Mystery Babe Box draw

5
full week

VIP early access to the $5 sale + grand prize entry

It does four jobs at once: it brings people back daily, it turns watching into a game, it feeds the algorithm the engagement it needs to push your room, and it drives app downloads, which is the owned audience that actually carries a slow month.

Watch

Entertain first

Games, reveals, and easter eggs so the live is fun even before anyone buys.

Believe

Show the fit

Same style on different sizes, on camera. The thing no big retailer does on live.

Buy

Real urgency

The 12 to 4 window and true cart caps. Honest scarcity, shown on screen.

The Event Arc

Hype runway Themed flash week (12 to 4pm, 20% off) Build week Warehouse finale
Two upgrades to the original plan:
  • June 10 becomes "Shoes + Accessories: Head to Toe." Shoes alone is the thinnest category and the hardest to fill four hours with. Pairing it with jewelry and accessories gives the host more to sell and unlocks the Bundle Builder game.
  • The Surprise on June 12 gets bigger than 20% off. Make it the day the grand prize is drawn, the Mystery Boxes are revealed, and early $5-sale access is handed out. Give people a reason it is unmissable.
Deliverable 1 · The Daily Host Card

The same great show, whoever is on camera

Built for a rotating team. No one has to memorize anything. Follow the seven beats, pick a game from the menu, and the live feels like the same show every day. Print this one and tape it by the camera.

  1. 0–5 min

    1. Babe Roll Call

"Where are you watching from? Drop your size and what you are shopping for." Reveal today's Word of the Day rule. Tease what is coming so staying is worth it. This early chatter is what teaches the algorithm to push the room, so make it loud.

  2. 5–15

    2. First Look

Open with something easy to say yes to: jewelry under $20 or a $30 top. You catch the most viewers here while the algorithm is still testing your room.

  3. 15–35

    3. The Size Show

Your superpower. Show the same style on different sizes. It is content and conversion at the same time, and it is the reason your babes trust you.

  4. 35–50

    4. Game Break

Run one game from the menu, timed to your viewer peak. Keep the prize margin-safe (a code, free shipping) unless it is a weekly Mystery Box day.

  5. 50–75

    5. Hero Block

The day's themed heroes and exclusives. Full sell: who it is for, the fit and fabric, who it is honestly not for, and a real review read aloud.

  6. 75–90

    6. The Closer

Live-exclusive bundle, real urgency (the 12 to 4 clock or a true cart cap on screen), and read buyer names out loud to thank them.

  7. last 2

    7. Cliffhanger

Tease tomorrow's theme and drop the next Word of the Day hint. This is the line that brings them back.

Host golden rule: you are the babe's friend who happens to be selling, not a closer. Demonstrate, tell the truth about fit, and the room will trust you. Trust outsells hype every time.
The Game Menu

Pick one or two per live

All margin-safe, all run on comments or TikTok Shop taps, all repeatable by any host. Rotate them so it stays fresh.

Easter Eggs

Reward the babes who are paying attention

These turn watching into a treasure hunt. Pick two or three per live, never all of them, and rotate.

🔑 Word of the Day

The spine. A cryptic hint each morning, comment it live to earn a Babe Pass stamp.

👀 Hidden Babe

Move a small OLB sign somewhere new in frame each day. First to spot where it moved wins a code.

⚡ The Blink Price

At one random moment, flash a doorbuster price on screen for 20 seconds. Only people actually watching catch it.

🧵 Secret Menu Code

Hide a code in the caption of the morning teaser (the last word). Only readers who also watch can redeem it.

🏷️ The Tag Check

One item per live has a tiny sticker on the hanger. Whoever calls it out first wins.

🎁 Streak Secret

Fill a full week of stamps and unlock the June 12 surprise: early $5-sale access and grand-prize entry.

Deliverable 4 · Babe Pass Mechanics

How the streak game actually runs

Simple to operate, no new software required. Here is the full flow from morning hint to prize fulfillment.

The loop, every day

  1. Morning: post the Word of the Day hint to Stories.
  2. Live: host announces "comment today's Word to earn your stamp."
  3. Capture: a team member watches comments and tags everyone who says the Word.
  4. Reward: stamp counts unlock the tiers below.

How to track stamps (easiest first)

  • CommentSold tag: tag the customer "babe-pass-jun8" each day they say the Word. Count tags at week's end.
  • Or a simple Google Form: drop the link in chat, "enter your handle + today's Word." Free, sortable, no setup.
  • Or the manual hero way: a notebook and a tally if a live is small. It still works.

The reward tiers

1
stamp

Free shipping code for that day. Costs little, lifts conversion now.

3
stamps

Entry to the weekly Mystery Babe Box. Your one capped free-product prize.

5
full week

VIP early access to the $5 sale plus a grand-prize entry. The big payoff.

The Mystery Babe Box, kept margin-safe: cap it. One box per week, made from overstock and end-of-run pieces you were already going to discount. Perceived value is high, your actual cost is low, and the reveal is some of the best content you will make all month.
Deliverable 2 · Word of the Day Calendar

14 days of secret words

Post the hint to Stories each morning. The Word is the answer. Keep them short and easy to type so the comments fill fast.

The drumbeat that gets them to show up

The sale is half the work. This is the other half. Copy and paste these, swap in your real codes and links. Run the same daily rhythm: a night-before teaser, a morning hint, a "going live" reminder, and a recap.

The daily rhythm, every day: Night before ~7pm (teaser Reel) · Morning ~9am (Word of the Day Story) · ~11am ("live in 1 hour" + a poll) · ~11:50am (app push + SMS) · Right after (recap Reel re-hooking for tomorrow).

Sat 13 to Sun 14 · Warehouse tease"Sneak the racks" behind-the-scenes clips. "Look what's headed to the $5 sale Thursday. 👀 Pass-holders get in 30 minutes early."

Deliverable 5 · The $5 Warehouse Sale

A blowout that still protects your margin

June 18. Instead of dumping everything at $5, structure it so it runs for hours, builds urgency, and rewards your most loyal babes first. One firm rule: zero overlap with the themed-week heroes, so nobody who bought on June 11 feels burned.

  1. 11:30

    VIP early access

Pass-holders and app users only, 30 minutes before the public. This is the payoff for filling the Babe Pass and the reason people downloaded the app.

  2. 12:00

Doors open · the $5 rack

Open to everyone. Lead with the deepest deals to spike concurrent viewers right as the algorithm starts testing the room.

  3. 12:15+

    Doorbusters every 15 minutes

A limited-quantity hero deal on the quarter hour, real caps shown on screen. Gives people a reason to stay through the whole stream.

  4. ongoing

    The tiered racks

$5, $10, and $15 racks, plus a "Fill a Bag for $40" bundle. Tiers protect margin and let you place better pieces higher.

  5. finale

    The designer auction

Close with a live auction on the few Free People and end-of-run exclusive pieces. Real scarcity, real urgency, a high-energy finish.

Why $5 to start, not a flat price: a single $5 price is pure margin bleed. Tiers plus a bag bundle plus an auction turn the same inventory into a structured event with multiple urgency moments.
The one hard rule: warehouse inventory is overstock and past-season only. Never put a themed-week featured piece into the $5 bin. It is the fastest way to make a loyal buyer feel cheated.
The Numbers

How $2,500 a day actually happens

So this is a plan and not a vibe, here is the lever board. At your price mix, assume around a $50 average order.

50

orders a day hits $2,500 at a $50 average order

17

orders an hour across a 3-hour live. One every 3.5 minutes.

38

orders is all you need if styling lifts the average order to $65

Three levers, and the format pushes all three

LeverPushed by
More buyers (conversion)Games, watch time, and the Word of the Day hook keeping people in the room
Bigger carts (average order)Style Her Live, Bundle Builder, and head-to-toe occasion styling
More units per order"Add the matching jewelry," "finish it with the shoes"
Push the average order before you push discounts. It protects margin and hits the same number with fewer sales. And for your first stretch of lives, judge yourselves on watch time and engagement, not just sales. Those inputs are what make TikTok send you free traffic, and free traffic is what makes a slow month profitable.

Check the numbers live, every 15 minutes

Watch concurrent viewers (if they dip, run Beat the Cart right away), watch time, and product taps. Never run a 3-hour live blind. After each live, write down three things to change for next time. That habit alone will compound your results across the month.

Make It Easy to Run

The toolkit that keeps 14 days from getting messy

A daily event lives or dies on prep. These five things make it run smoothly with a rotating team, and they let you actually learn as you go instead of guessing.

1 · Who does what, every live
On camera

The Host

Runs the seven beats, models, sells, keeps the energy up.

Behind the phone

The Catcher

Watches comments: tags everyone who says the Word, flags buyer questions, reads buyer names to the host, runs the prize draw. The Babe Pass does not work without this person.

Off camera

The Runner

Pulls sizes XXS to 6XL, invoices, packs, restocks the rack. On a small day the Catcher doubles up.

2 · Prep before you go live

The 10-minute pre-live checklist

  • Word of the Day posted to Stories by 9am
  • Today's discount code created and test-checked
  • Hero products pinned in TikTok Shop
  • Mystery Box or prize ready (on draw days)
  • Hidden Babe sign placed, Blink Price picked
  • Rack steamed, full size run pulled
  • Lighting and sound checked, phone charged and on the stand
  • Catcher has the scorecard and Babe Pass tracker open

Build every code once, up front

These are your codes. Create each one in both Shopify and TikTok Shop before June 8 so nobody scrambles mid-live. The planning sheet tracks which are built:

DayCodeDoes
Mon 8TOPS2020% off tops, 12 to 4
Tue 9SETS2020% off sets
Wed 10FINISH2020% off shoes + accessories
Thu 11DRESS2020% off dresses
Fri 12BABE2020% off whole store
RewardFREESHIPBABEBabe Pass tier 1 free shipping
Jun 18BABEVIPWarehouse early access
3 · The Live Scorecard

One row per live in a shared sheet, filled within two hours of going off air. This is how 14 lives compound instead of blur together. Track what you can control, not just sales.

Track thisWhy it matters
Peak concurrent viewers + when it peakedTells you when to bring heroes on next time. Bigger peak = the algorithm is pushing you.
Average watch timeIs the hook working. Over a minute is healthy. This is the signal that earns free traffic.
Orders · revenue · average orderThe money, and whether styling is lifting cart size.
Top seller of the dayWhat to restock and re-feature tomorrow.
Best gameWhat to repeat. Cut what falls flat.
New followers + app installsOwned-audience growth. The real slow-month win that outlasts June.
Three changes for next timeThe learning loop. Write them down or they never happen.
4 · Keep it all in one home
One Google Sheet, five tabs: Calendar · Codes · Babe Pass tracker · Scorecard · Content. Everyone works from the same source of truth, whoever is hosting that day. No "where is the thing" mid-event.
5 · Batch before it starts

Film all the night-before teasers in one or two sessions before June 8. Then daily execution is just posting, not creating, which is what burns a team out by day four. Same for the morning Word hints: write all 14 now (they are already in the calendar above) and schedule them.

Level Up · More Plays

Where this goes if it works

Twelve ideas to layer in, now or later. Each is tagged by effort and impact so you can pick the easy wins first and save the bigger builds for when you have proof.

Use what you already have

Take the live into the stores

Broadcast a live from a mall location or, on June 18, from the warehouse floor itself. Put a QR in-store so shoppers join the live game, and read a live-only code redeemable at the register. Two malls and a warehouse is an asset most live-sellers do not have.

Medium liftHigh impact

Make the app your unfair advantage

Push the Word of the Day hint to app users 15 minutes early, run an app-only flash, and end every live with "download for tomorrow's hint." Free reach is what actually carries a slow month.

Low liftHigh impact

Occasion lives

Lean into what you already sell: a "Wedding Guest Edit," a "Bump-Friendly" maternity live, a "Mission Call Dresses" segment, a grad and prom night. High-intent themed lives convert because the viewer already has the event on the calendar.

Low liftHigh impact

Email + SMS "live in 1 hour"

A simple text and email to your list before each live. The highest-ROI channel most boutiques underuse, and it is owned, so no algorithm decides who sees it.

Low liftHigh impact
Grow the room

Babe Bingo

A shareable week-long card: "showed up at noon," "guessed the price," "tagged a friend," "bought your size," "caught the Blink Price." Blackout wins a prize. One card drives a dozen behaviors.

Medium liftMedium impact

Tag-a-Babe to enter

"Comment and tag a friend who needs this dress" as an entry mechanic. Pure organic reach, costs nothing, every entry brings a new face into the room.

Low liftMedium impact

Guest + Founder segments

Melanie's "Founder's Picks," a local Utah creator co-host, or a customer co-host. Builds a host bench so you are never reliant on one person, and borrows their audience.

Low liftMedium-high

The content flywheel

Every 3-hour live is 20-plus clips. Cut the best try-ons and game moments into the next day's teasers. The live feeds the feed that feeds the next live.

Medium liftHigh impact

Wishlist warm-up

Before the event, tell people to favorite the items they want so they are ready the second it drops. You also get to see demand before you go live.

Low liftMedium impact
Make it last

Babe of the Week

Feature a real customer's photo and occasion (you have 544 reviews full of weddings, showers, and mission calls). Repost the UGC, tag her, send a reward. Community love is the cheapest retention there is.

Low liftHigh impact

A give-back day

Donate a percentage of one June day, or add a round-up at checkout, to a local Utah cause. Values-aligned, deeply on-brand for your community, and the kind of thing people screenshot and share.

Low liftHigh impact

Make June permanent: the Babe Club

The big one. Turn the Babe Pass into an evergreen monthly loyalty program: monthly streaks, VIP early access, points toward product. Do not let the slow-month fix die on June 18. This is how a one-time event becomes a year-round retention machine.

One note on the codes: the codes baked into this plan (TOPS20, SETS20, FINISH20, DRESS20, BABE20, FREESHIPBABE, BABEVIP) are ready to use, but you still need to create each one inside Shopify and TikTok Shop before June 8. The Codes tab in the planning sheet is there to track exactly that.
Your Two Questions

Straight answers

1. TikTok auction M/W/F 9 to 11am before the lives. Good idea?

The auction format: yes. That exact schedule: not yet. Auctions fit you perfectly because the urgency is real, so you never have to fake scarcity. But three mornings a week at 9am has problems: 9am is your weakest window (your babes are busy then), it splits the same audience across two dayparts and can cannibalize the noon sale, and it spreads your algorithm signal thin while the room is still growing.

Instead: run the auction as a 15 to 20 minute segment inside the main live, or as one standalone evening test per week (7 to 9pm). Only auction deadstock, one-offs, designer, and Free People. Never auction core restockable inventory, or you train people to wait for a markdown. Test it two or three times, then decide with data.

2. June 18 $5 warehouse sale, too soon after the flash week?

No, the 6-day gap is fine, as long as the inventory is clearly different. The flash week is new styles at 20% off (occasion shopping). The warehouse is clearance and overstock (bargain hunting). Different buyers, different intent. The gap actually helps: week one trains people to show up daily and warms the algorithm, and week two is the payoff finale.

The only risk is burning your week-one buyers, so keep zero overlap between the themed heroes and the $5 bin. And treat this as a one-time summer reset, not a monthly habit, so you protect full-price expectation the rest of the year.
